iPhone Push Notification Approaches

I recently put together a post comparing a couple of middleware Push services and doing it myself. You can find it at: http://iphonecto.com/2009/11/13/implementing-iphone-push-notification-ilime-urban-airship-face/

iPhoneCTO focusing attention on the business side of things.

I posted a burb on TechLinks about iPhoneCTO.  I’m an editor over there and put together a review of the WebEx iPhone app.  Take a look and let me know what you think.

How big’s that iPhone pie?

Jim Freeman over at MaxMedia graciously put up a new blog to help support the iPhone developer community in Atlanta.  In it’s first post he talks about getting a handle on the size of the iPhone market.

He is projecting out some tends, but I think he has a relative grasp on it.  My friend James Harris and I were speculating that there would also probably be a surge in sales(and therefore in Apps) right after Christmas.   What do you think?  Will Apple continue to grow it’s market in the face of new iPhone-like Samsung and BlackBerry smartphones?
